Privacy Policy

NTA Accounting (“we”, “us”) operates the NTA by Numbers mobile and web applications. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

• Account data: name, email, phone number, date of birth.
• Tax and identity data you provide: address, ITIN (last 4 digits), dependents.
• Documents you upload or scan (e.g. W-2, 1099, ID documents).
• Payment data processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data needed to operate the service.

• To provide the accounting services you request and process your orders.
• To extract data from uploaded documents (OCR) and prepare filings.
• To process payments, send transactional emails, and provide support.
• To secure your account and comply with legal obligations.

We share data only with providers that help us run the service: Stripe (payments), our email provider (transactional emails), and AI providers (OpenAI / Anthropic) used solely to read documents you upload. These providers process data on our behalf.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. Sensitive data is protected in transit and at rest. Document access requires authentication.

You can delete your account at any time from the app: open Profile and tap Delete account. This deactivates your account, anonymizes your identifying data, and signs you out. You may also email us at support@ntaaccounting.com to request deletion.

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, and request a copy of it. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@ntaaccounting.com.
